Preparation & Presentation:

  • Poster should be brought to the Meeting venue and not mailed, as the Organizing Committee cannot be responsible for loss or mishandling.
  • Presenters are responsible for posting and removing their own materials.
  • Audio-visual equipment may not be used.

Poster board:

  1. The size of the poster board is Internal size: 960 mm(W) x 2330 mm(H).

  2. The poster should be prepared in English and should present the purpose, methods, results and conclusions of the research work. All characters/letters should be large enough to be legible from a distance of 3 meters. It is recommended that heavy cardboards as materials for posters should be avoided, as they are difficult to be fixed on poster boards.

  3. Posters should be mounted before 09:00 on 20th November and taken down by 18:30 on 21st November. Velcro will be supplied at the poster exhibition area for mounting the posters.

  4. Presenters are required to mount the poster according to the assigned number, which can be found in the program. Presenters are also expected to be in front of their poster panel during their assigned presentation time for discussion.

Instruction for Poster

The following items will be equipped

  • Laser pointer and presenter
  • Clip microphone and stand microphone
  • PC with Microsoft Powerpoint for presentation.
  • Notebook display connector (15 pins standard VGA)

Speakers' Preview Desk/Room

  • There will be a Speakers' preview room located near the conference room.
  • Opening hours:
    Saturday, 20-Nov 07:30 - 18:00
    Sunday, 21-Nov 07:30 - 18:00

 

  • If you are bringing your own laptop, please check with the technicians in the speakers’ preview room that your laptop is compatible with the video projector. We recommend you bring your own adapter.
